Original image is from Chaos Space Marines Codex (3rd edition, 2nd circulation), a book of Games Workshop's Warhammer 40k. It shows a quite... schizophrenic enraged warrior of the Chaos Space Marines.

I painted it in 2007 with watercolor on paper.
Its original size: 24 x 36 cm (about 9 x 14 inch).
